Products: We sell premium Kashmir Saffron. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; slight variations in color or appearance are natural and do not indicate a defect.

Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders: By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (shipping address, contact details) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Telr. We do not store your payment card details.

Limitation of liability: Earth Essence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the purchase price of the item.
